Frequently asked questions
How do I book a session?
A 30% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll reschedule at no additional charge.
Do you travel?
Travel within 30 miles is included. Additional travel may require a small fee.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Mini and Signature sessions are delivered within 7 days. Story sessions are within 10 sessions.
What should we wear?
After booking, you’ll receive a prep guide with outfit recommendations and color tips. Neutral tones and coordinated colors photograph beautifully in natural light.
What if my kids do not cooperate?
That is completely normal and expected. Lifestyle sessions are designed around movement and interaction rather than stiff posing. I guide the session in a relaxed way so kids can be themselves while we capture natural moments.
Do you provide RAW images?
No. All delivered images are carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure consistency and quality.
Can we choose the images?
Each session includes a curated gallery of the strongest images from your session. Additional images may be available for purchase depending on your package.
